Good Sunday Morning friends. I hope today finds you all well and happy. My poor husband is sick this morning with a bad cold. He's laying around on the couch in his pj's watching Rachel Ray. That man loves her. He watches her all the time. :)
So today's card is one that I made for my cousin, Laura's, birthday next week. She is just starting her photography business and she is good too. If you would like to check out her work, click HERE. She really does fabulous work. Anyway. Laura loves vintage things, so I made her a vintage card.
The image is a digi that my friend, Jan, sent me. Isn't it beautiful. I colored the lady's lips red and added some Rasberry color to the flowers. Just a little pop of color. The two big roses are from Prima and the small cream colored flower is from Michael's. I added some vintage lace that I distressed with DI Vintage Photo. I added a strip of pearls and two hat pins. The music DP is from my stash. I inked all the edges and used my corner rounder on all the corners. I sure hope she likes it.
This card was made for the Friday Free 4 All challenge over on SCS, but I am also entering it into the Little Miss Muffet Challenge.
Thanks for stopping in today and I pray you all have a wonderfully blessed Sunday.
