The card I have for you starts with an image from Imagine That.
Imagine That has started a new progressive challenge on their blog. You receive this image for free and as long as you make a card using the image, you will get the next one free as well. I love this image. It was a little difficult to color because there are some really small areas, but it came out pretty well. I used colored pencils on this one.
I don't know why the background looks so spotted and yellow because it isn't that way. I started with a Brown card base that measures 6x6. The background paper is from DCWV and measures 5 7/8" square. I inked the edges of it with DI Vintage Photo. I then cut a panel of SEI DP and one from DCWV into 4" squares and then cut them in half diagonally. I layered them in a pinwheel shape and after cutting out my focal image using my circle cutter, I inked the edges with Vintage Photo and placed it in the center of the card. I added a sentiment from Doodle Pantry and some square gems in the three remaining corners.
Thanks for stoppin' by y'all. I hope y'all have a great day! God bless.
