Gypsy Girl

Hello friends.  Thanks for stopping in today.  I have a card to showcase today that uses a really cute stamp from Cuttlebug Cuties.  I made this card for two challenges this week.  First up is Love to Create #49.  The challenge is to use your three favorite colors.  I have way more than three, but to narrow it down, I picked Lime Green, Deep Purple and Black.  I am also entering this card in the Crafter's Cafe challenge which is an Anything Goes this week.

I colored this beautiful gypsy with colored pencils and OMS. I inked the edges in Versamark Purple Hydrangea ink. She is matted on Lime Green by Colorbok. I added a Deep Purple grosgrain ribbon tied on the left side.  I used pop dots to adhere the image.  The Deep Purple card stock is from Colorbok.  The card base is Basic Black from SU.  I added some light green gems (even though they don't look green in the picture, they are) from Queen and Co.  I added a little bit of sparkle to the image using glitter gel pens.

I sure hope you like this gypsy card.  Thanks for taking a gander today and I wish you a blessed weekend.
