This card is a 6x6 square card. The little mouse image is from Beary Wishes. I colored it with my colored pencils and OMS. I added some glitter gel pen to the roses and the little flower on the mouse and the swirls on the cup. I trimmed the image to slightly less than 4x4 and matted it on a 4.25x4.25 tan piece of card stock. The background is made from strips of rose patterned paper cut to 1" and matted on strips of brown card stock cut to 1 1/8". I staggered them according to a sketch from Feeling Sketchy. I printed off the sentiment and trimmed it down, matted it on the tan card stock and placed it in the bottom right hand side. I used pop dots for the focal image. I inked the edges of the focal image and sentiment with Memento Rhubarb Stalk ink. I used a dark red card stock from Colorbok for the card base. To finish off the card, I added some ruby red pearls to the top right and bottom left corners.
