Hello there my friends. Welcome back to my little piece of cyberland. I'm so happy to see ya.
Today's card was created for the new Ike's World Challenge. It's an Anything Goes challenge plus there is a freebie on the blog if you don't have any of her art.
I used the carnation from the Spain Collection. I think it's very pretty and feminine.
Thanks so much for stopping by today. I have a question. For those of you who come to see me all the time, do you like the new way I have been posting, with the recipe below? Or do you like the way I was doing it last year by explaining how I made the card? Let me know which you like better.
Have a truly blessed day.

Such a wonderful card - I love your colour scheme and the actual colouring of the Carnation is beautiful :-)

ReplyDeleteThis is a really gorgeous card Emily. I love how delicate it is. The carnation just comes alive with the colors you have used and the edging. You asked the question re comments or technique. Ugh - you won't like my answer...lol....I personally love when people say how they did a card or piece. I find it so intriguing! And then the recipe tells me what they used so that if I want to attempt to follow their technique, I have an idea of what I might be looking for to create it. I know that probably does not help much! :( Thanks for giving IKE such a shout out in your post, and for using one of her images. Hope to see you soon and best of luck! Best, Samara DT IWC
