Day 1---12 Days of Creepmas

Hello and welcome to the first day of the 12 Days of Creepmas Blog Hop sponsored by Smeared and Smudged.  For those of you who participated in the 31 Days of Halloween Blog Hop in October, y'all know how this works.  For those of you who are just visiting for the first time, let me explain.  There will be 12 days between now and Christmas that the Jolly Bloggers will be posting a gothic, horror, or just a little bit off center Christmas card.  You can take up the mantle of Merry Hopper by visiting each blog listed to the right of this post on the days listed for the hop.

For my first project, I chose to use the master of the macabre...Poe.  Yes, I know, most people don't consider him as part of Christmas, but remember, this is Creepmas.

This image is from Ike's World.  I love it.  It's my first ever Edgar Allen Poe image.  The background paper is also designed by Ike.  I colored him with BIC Markers and printed off the sentiment from my computer.  It's a very simple card as I wanted Poe to be the focus.
