Day 16 of the 31 Days of Halloween Blog Hop

 Today I have a Heather Valentin image called "Voodoo Priestess" for y'all.
I used my colored pencils and OMS to complete this image.  I wasn't thinking when I colored this one, or I would have added some gray and black to the background for a spooky sky.  I may still go back and add some.  Don't ya just love her pet?  I think he gives the image an added creep factor.  I colored the skull's eyes with a Red Sakura Glitter pen, because you know those Voodoo Priestesses, they can make anything happen.  I inked the edges with DI Vintage Photo and matted it onto a piece of Black Recollections card stock.  The patterned paper is from a fall stack by DCWV that is probably 4 or 5 years old.  The sentiment is from an old Recollections stamp set.

    LOVE it! I'm a huge fan of Heather Valentine and she is definitely a "MUST HAVE". Fabulous coloring. and yeah, the snake is plenty creepy. xxD
