MFP's Simple Salutations Challenge # 101

Good Morning.  It's Wednesday, only a few more days left of school and then SUMMER BREAK!!! I can't wait.

Today begins our new challenge for the week at Simple Salutations and our theme this week is: Father's Day.  Pretty fitting, right, since Sunday is Father's Day.

I used two different stamp sets to create this card.  The gears and the sentiment "Gear Up" are from the Gear Up stamp set and the wood background and sentiment are from the Plywood stamp set.  Both of these are new arrivals in the store. And, both of these stamps are nicely sized background stamps.

Thanks so much for stopping by today.  I hope y'all have a wonderful day and God bless.

If you have any questions about how I made this card, please feel free to contact me.

QKR Stampede Challenge #91

TGIF.  It's been a long week.  Only one more week of school.  I'm so done with 4th grade.  I need a break. But, I had Kierstynne's end of the year parent/teacher conference yesterday and she got a really great report. She is being promoted to the 5th grade, she exceeded the benchmark for reading and is doing really well with math.  I'm a proud momma.

Today starts our new challenge over at QKR Stampede.  This week, our challenge theme is  FATHER'S DAY.   It's coming quick, so here's a chance to get those cards made and have a chance to win some new digi stamps.

I'm sorry the picture is so dark.  I'm not sure what happened.  I think my FIL is going to love this card.

Thanks so much for stopping by today.  I hope y'all have a great weekend and God bless y'all.

Clear It Out Challenge

Hello there.  Thanks for stopping in today.  The team and I at Clear It Out have a great new challenge for y'all today.  Since it's the beginning of June and the day we take to honor our father's is fast approaching, we thought Father's Day would be a fitting theme.

So, our theme: Father's Day or Male cards
our stash item is : Stars

We also have a fantastic sponsor this week.

Bugaboo Stamps

I think Jodie's "Gus" images are a hoot so that's why I chose one to use for this challenge.

The funny thing is that Gus reminds us all of that one uncle or family friend that we all love to be around because you never know what might come flying out of their mouth.  I know I have one of those uncles. :)

Thank you so much for stopping by today.  I hope y'all have a wonderful day.  God bless y'all.
