Good Morning, friends. Welcome to my blog. Thanks so much for stopping by this Friday morn. As we are still in the midst of our winter here in the USA, our new challenge for this week is "Winter Fun" and what is more fun than a frosty snowman?
This guy looks like he's fighting the snowflakes and wind. I don't know if you can see it very well, but I embossed the background with tons of snowflakes using a pearl embossing powder.
Thanks again for stopping by. Make sure to visit QKR Stampede for our new challenge and a link to the store so you can get this adorable snowman.

Welcome Little One
Hello friends. It's Tuesday and also it's National Hugging Day and Squirrel Appreciation Day. Just a bit of useless information for y'all.
The card I have made for this post is a baby card using a cute little giraffe that I found online when I first started collecting digis. If someone knows who the artist is, please leave me a comment so I can give coups to him or her.
I love this all pink card. I also want to thank my design team sister Carol Mathrick for my fabulous new watermark.
Thank you for stopping by today. I hope y'all have a wonderful day. God bless.

Embossing
Man, I almost forgot to post this card so that I could enter it into the Penny's Paper-Crafty challenge #111 for this week. I already posted it on the Outlawz site for this week, but forgot to blog it. The challenge over at Penny's for this week is to use embossing, either wet or dry. I chose dry. I had this cool piece of embossed card stock that has a beautiful flower design on it, so I used that. It's from DCWV. The card base is Gina K's heavy base weight white cards stock. The back ground paper is also from DCWV.
The sentiment stamp is from Fiskar's and I bought it at Jo-Ann's last year. I cut it out with my EK Success label punch and then punched out a black one. I cut the black one in half and attached it on the ends. I added a black brad (Recollections) to each end and used pop dots to adhere it to the card. In each corner I added a black, flat back pearl (Queen and Co.) to each corner of the embossed card stock. It's pretty CAS, but I like it.
Thanks for stopping in today. I hope you all have a wonderfully blessed Monday!
