Special Delivery

I see y'all came back to visit.  Thanks.  It means a lot.  This time I have another hunk for ya.  I am so in love with Kenny K's designs.  What an amazing artist.  If you haven't ever checked them  out, you so need too.   I only have four images so far, but I will be getting some more. 

For this card, I used the Freebie for this month.  What a great one too.  I used my colored pencils to add some life to this delivery guy.   After coloring him in and trimming down the card stock (GP), I inked the edges in DI Vintage Photo.  I matted the image on the same Recollections Olive that I made the card base out of.  The DP is from American Crafts.  Both patterns were on the same sheet and I just cut them apart to be able to put the banner piece on.  The sentiment I printed from my word processing program.  I inked the edges of that too and angled them for interest.

I added a piece of Offray brown ribbon around the image panel before I matted it onto the card front.  I added the words To: You  From: Me onto the package with a ZIG black pen.  I cut out some little hearts and added them to the right side.  I wanted to add a flower, but it just didn't fit.  There are some flowers on the DP so that was enough.
