Howdy y'all.  I'm back with another card.  This one was fun to make.  I got to get in there and actually get my hands dirty.  I loved it.
I used a post it note to make the stencil for the clouds.  I used a piece of GP white card stock and broke out my eye shadow.  Yep that's right.  Eye shadow makes great chalking images.  The one I used had a little bit of glitter in it, so the clouds are kind of luminescent.  I used a cute hot air balloon image and colored it with colored pencils and OMS.  I cut it out and pop dotted it on the background.  I used a bird stamp from Inkadinkadoo to add some interest to the sky.  I punched the corners with a Fiskars Lace Corner Punch.  I then inked the edges with DI Vintage Photo.  The sentiment is from Gina K Eclectic Summer sentiments.  I added a strip of dark blue card stock and matted the inked edge sentiment on it.  I added two gems on each side to finish it off.
I used a turquoise blue card base from Recollections.  I know that alot of people don't like to use Recollections card stock because it's only 65#, but when I add the panels on the front and on the inside, it works perfectly.
Thanks so much for hanging with me.  I appreciate it.  God bless you.
